Relocation Assistance

AgMove is an Australian Government initiative that helps with costs for eligible people who relocate to take up short term agricultural work, including harvest work in Australia.

From 1 November 2020 to 31 December 2021, you may be eligible for financial help to cover the costs of travel and accommodation when you move to take up a short term agricultural or harvest job opportunity.

If you have general inquiries about AgMove, call the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260.

If you are relocating for a harvest job in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia or South Australia, your Harvest Trail Services (HTS) provider will check your eligibility for relocation assistance and discuss the amount of relocation assistance that may be available to you.

If you are looking for or have found non-harvest jobs in agriculture (such as work with livestock or on dairy farms), or harvest jobs outside of Harvest Areas, contact the Harvest Trail Information Service on 1800 062 332 for assistance.

Jobs advertised on the Harvest Trail Jobs Board with a Harvest Trail Services logo will include the relevant Harvest Trail Services provider contact details. The provider will be able to help you apply for relocation assistance.
